Since its establishment in 1985, Pasona N A, Inc. has supported Job Seekers find and pursue their careers in Japanese companies, and also supported the maximization of business efficacy for Japanese-owned companies operating in the U.S. We offer support through our four main pillars of services: Human Resource Solutions, Business Process Outsourcing, Business Process Re-engineering, and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. Our mission is to be our clients' HR Business Partners and to help lead them to success.

Maika Kubota

HR & Org Consulting - Consultant

Maika provides consulting services in talent management, human capital development, organizational development, technology, and data management. She is also the head of the organizational strategy office and contributes to creating a foundation of a talent management system.

Sayaka Doi

Project Management Office - Director

Joined Pasona N A, Inc. in 2005. Built career along with Pasona N A, Inc.’s business growth process. First position was with the division that contracts accounting operations for clients. Now oversees business strategy as part of the management team.

Leo Sakamoto

Business Development - Supervisor

Joined Pasona in 2017 after working at a specialized trading company and a travel agency. He worked to help Japanese companies make headway in the New York area after joining the company. From 2019, he was appointed as manager of the northeast area of the U.S., focusing on New York and New Jersey.

Giving Tuesday 2021 - Onigiri Action

Each year, Pasona participates in a fundraiser during the holiday season (Novermber-December). In 2021, we participated in "Onigiri Action" started by Table for Two in which for each photo of onigiri Pasona donated $5 (equal to 25 school meals). (https://usa.tablefor2.org/onigiri-action)
