Inc.では、フレンドリーでプロフェッショナル、チームで働くことが好きなカスタマーサービス志向のフルタイムField Representative Coordinatorを募集しています。 当社のField Representative Coordinatorは、海外引越のエキスパートチームの一員として、お客様の家財を今のお住まいから海外のご新居まで安全に移動・輸送するコーディネートが主な業務となります。 重い荷物を持ち運ぶ事が主たる業務では無く、必要書類をそろえたり、お客様とのコミュニケーションが主体のお仕事となります。 Looking for a customer service oriented, friendly, professional, and organized individual who loves working on a team.

• Greet clients upon arriving at their homes. • Conduct walkthrough of homes to coordinate work to be performed by our movers. • Provide quality customer service during all interactions with the customer in person, on the phone or via email before, during and after the household items are delivered. • Assist driver of truck when parking/backing up for safety purposes. • Pack and unpack clients’ belongings, hang clothes, make beds and organize kitchens. • Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, moving, inventory and scheduling.

• Basic Typing Skills. • May be asked to move and lift items not to exceed 10-15 lbs. • Japanese language skill strongly desired as most of our international clients prefer to speak in the Japanese language
