オペレーション・エージェントとして、主に日本からの国際的なお客様と接しながら、お客様に特別なカスタマーサービスを提供していただきます。 Looking for a customer service oriented, friendly, professional, and organized individual who loves working on a team.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide quality customer service during all interactions with the customer in person, on the phone or via email before, during and after the household items are delivered. • Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, inventory and scheduling. • Prepare shipping document such as Bill of Lading for both Air and Ocean shipment. • Book space for vessel, air craft and trucking.
Job Requirements
• Basic Typing Skills. • Basic Computer Skills include MS office. • Japanese language skill strongly desired as most of our international clients prefer to speak in the Japanese language
